We have been thinking about adding a photobooth to our list of wedding services this year. It is something that has been requested by several brides and grooms. We are looking for a booth that we can bring to weddings that is portable, easy, and fast to setup. We are looking for some recommendations by other photographers on what they have made work for them.

I have prints offered at the photobooths as well, available on demand. Is this something would would interest you?

We are currently booking wedding photography for 2014! Make sure you book us before someone else does! Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter.. We do wedding in every season of the year. I have noticed that around here the fall seems to be the most popular time of the year to get married, followed by the spring. I always get really excited when we book a winter wedding, just because they are not as common to do, and the snow adds an interesting dynamic to the day.

We are also booking engagement sessions for this year. I love engagement sessions, as they give us a chance to work with the bride and groom before their big day, and get to know them a little more. It helps them know us as well and our style of shooting. Engagement sessions help us figure out how to best mesh with the bride and groom, and gives us a little more insight into "them".

I was told that 90% of all brides & grooms go to the internet to book their wedding services now. We are living in the internet generation! If these numbers are true, are wedding shows becoming obsolete? I know that Facebook has been a great thing for my photography business, booking me many wedding each and every year!

I have been trying to find some other web portals that will give me good exposure for my business. It appears there are two major players in the game: The Knot, and Wedding Wire. The Knot is the #1 wedding network site on the internet, but Wedding Wire claims they have parnered with all of the other networking sites, and hold spots 2-6.

Has anyone else out there used either of these wedding networking sites? I am looking for some testimonials or advice on which I should do business with.

When we are not busy with our wedding photography we have been working on a new website. Photos of New Hampshire (photosofnh.com). This is a joint venture between DMSP Productions and Terry Noack Photography. We have been traveling around the state of New Hampshire for two years now taking photos of all the beauty it has to offer. Photos Of New Hampshire will be a place to display only our scenic images, and long term we would like to sell prints off of the site.

Check it out, let us know what you think! If you are interested in purchasing a photo you can do so right on the website. Current photos on the site are from the following areas:

Laconia, Gilford, Belmont, Sanbornton, Meredith, Alton Bay, Tilton, Plymouth, Conway, Concord, Manchester, Brenton Woods, and more!

New Hampshire is one of the most beautiful states to get married in, especially if you are looking to have your ceremony in the fall. There are a plethora of places that offer astonishing views. Mountains, Lakes, colorful foliage, New Hampshire has it all! I want to name off today a few venues in the state that we have photographed weddings at and really enjoyed!

The Margate

The Margate is located in Laconia New Hampshie, and sits right on Lake Winnipesaukee. There are two locations to have your service on the property, one of them being a massive tent that overlooks the water. This place has made it into my favorites list because it is a prime spot to catch a beautiful sunset. Add a bride and groom into this equation and you have a photographed memory that will last forever!

Steele Hill Resorts

Steele Hill Resorts is located in Sanbornton New Hampshire, a litte more off the beaten path. As the name suggest, it is a huge resort with well kept grounds that have a lot to offer. Wedding ceremonies here usually take place in their "back yard" and overlook the surrounding lakes and trees. This place is especially nice and popping with color in the fall. Inside the venue is equally as nice, with an upper balcony that lets you soke in more of the landscape.

The Castle In The Clouds

Who wouldn't want to get married in a castle that sits up on a mountain, The Castle in the cloud offer the best scenic view for a wedding that I have seen in the State Of New Hampshire. You can see for miles in any direction! The venue grounds are large and offer many unique spots to take potos of the bride, groom, and wedding party. The last wedding we did there was pouring rain, and even in these weather conditions, it was still a very beautiful day. You can find this amazing place in Moultonborough New Hampshire, go check it out sometime!
